Magento Complete Revamp + Addons

We are looking for an expert in Magento (preferably a certified developer) to revamp our existing site. The following is to be implemented. 1) SMS API (We will provide the acc details) - To create a messaging center in the admin section whereby we can send MASS SMS to certain group of customers or selected customers or all customers. - To send a message to buyers who have their order status changed. - To send a message to buyers to remind them to pay. The templates must be editable from the backend. 2) Product Registration / RMA - We will enter the serial number (if available) of the product shipped. The warranty will be base on the date of shipment (can be changed manually). - From the member login section, they will be able to see their registered products with the warranty period and expiry date. - We will be able to select the warranty provider and its contact details. - From member's section, for products which has warranty from our store, they will be able to create a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) form. This request will be submitted, reviewed and approved or declined by us. An email or SMS will be forwarded to the member. - The action we take will be recorded and stored in the system. There should be a history of the RMA. 3) Time Deal - We want to implement a time deal on the site. It is something like groupon or other groupbuy sites. If it reaches a certain number of buyers, the deal will be activated. - It can also have a price range whereby if it reaches a certain number of buyers, a certain price range will be activated. (Eg. 1-10 buyers $100 . 11-20 buyers $80 and so on) - It can also be a limited period of time deal. 4) Affiliate Plus by Magestore <-- to install and configure, we will purchase the addon 5) Payment Modes - We want to charge a % for using paypal on certain products/categories but not all products. We want to be able to select this option 6) LAST AND MOST IMPT!!!! We are looking to revamp the whole site to professional looking shopping site. This is an electronics, gadgets site. We want an intelligent and creative designer. This is considered a big project and i expect some experts to be bidding this project. If you have no experience and can't do design, please do not bid for this project. Thanks
