PHPLD design update

I require a designer familiar with PHP Link Directory to update my custom style from 4.0 to 4.2. The majority of the design, such as the header and general layout, will not need to be modified. All I want is to be able to use widgets on the front page and for the design to be tidied up a little. This is not a big project but something that can probably be done in a few hours by someone with a good knowledge of PHPLD.
