asp.net develper need right away

Hello There I need a good asp.net devloper with dynamic menu with css. i have a design already created and need to set its top menu bar only. this will not take more than 2-3 hours for an experienced developer. NOTE : since the application is large and big developer must need to work on teamviewer. and no upfront payment i will release payment upon completion and there will be more work to discuss after this. happy bidding.
