Web Design for UK New Business Concept (Online Retail)

Hello all, I'm looking for a brilliant Web designer who can create the look and feel of a website to look how I need it to. My business partner is a HTML coder so has done a lot of the background work for this but he is not a designer. I need someone who can design a homepage, some other information pages and create the overall site design of my website. What I'm looking for is someone who can replicate in design this website (similar to what we are as a business but we are based in the UK!) This project is now a matter of urgency for us. We are an online social enterprise retail business who is linked to working with charities and selling on there behalf through our website [login to view URL] - I need it to look amazing, be an easy consumer experience for customers but function with smoothness for people to use. We require flat images / photoshop for this as I mentioned my business partner can turn it into HTML.
