Web Design/UI Design

We are a US based small start-up company looking for a talented individual/group to help us with the design of a new website/application that we will be launching. PROJECT: The project involves designing a new website/application that will allow visitors to "tour" real estate properties on the web. This will be a virtual tour website/application. The design includes three main pages for three main functions, and between 3-5 additional pages that are minor in scope and function. At this point we are only looking for the design and not programming/writing code. The final site will be html based (Not Flash). Three Main Pages/Functions: 1) Photo Tour: Allows the visitor to browse through professional photography of the real estate. Functions as a gallery. 2) Floor Plan Tour: Provides the visitor with the floor plan image of the property. It will include one or multiple floors depending on the property. 3) Interactive Tour: Provides the visitor with the capability to view the floor plan and photos together interactively. The floor plan will have camera markers on it so that the photos displayed will change based on the selected marker on the floor plan. This page is the most important design feature of the project. Minor Pages: 1) Property Description Page: Will include property features and description (text) and additional information about neighborhood, schools etc. 2) Map Page: Will show the map of the property. Tied to Google Maps. 3) Contact Page: Will provide the visitor with contact information about the listing agent (Name, Address, Tel, Email), and include a form for contacting the agent directly from the website. 4) Share Page: Will provide the visitor with the option to share the real estate listing with social network sites (facebook, twitter, google+ etc...) IMPORTANT: You will not be starting the design from scratch. We already have screenshots to give you an idea of what we would like and what our design mindset is (We will provide these to interested parties.) We are looking for someone to take these ideas/designs to the next level and refine it with a contemporary, unique and clean design. Each page should incorporate the overall design and flow. We want to know what kind of a project delivery process is included in your proposal (number of drafts, submissions etc) - Delivery milestones and estimated project completion date - Also any past projects that are related could be helpful.
