Revamp of website (repost)(repost)

I am editing my project description to reflect a more updated status of my project. I am looking for a good designer to do a major revamp / "renovation" at [[login to view URL]][1] Your job responsibilities are as follows: (i) give the website a clean & neat professional look to enhance the user experience. (ii) All the existing elements/content on the website to remain, but you may propose / edit the icons and logo (subject to approval) for a more professional looking website. (iii) Allow and show (if necessary) administrator how to edit content in future (iii) Ideally, you should also able to optimise the website for good traffic by proposing and setting up a robust structure of various social media tools. e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Forums etc. I just need you to propose a social media structure and set up the various social media accounts for me. I will then give you the content for each account and you shall help me to insert all the content accordingly You should be creative, have a keen sense of web aesthetics and graphics & able to propose themes that are appropriate to the content nature of the website. You can get some idea on the layout/structure from the examples: [[login to view URL],][2]<[login to view URL]>, <[login to view URL]> but your design should be original and unique to fit into the creativity of my original site. (e.g. the blackboard, the notice boards etc.) Those with programming abilities will be preferred as there are a few remaining functionalities left from my previous programmer. Basically, I need you to capture all the applied tutors into a list to be forwarded by agency to client for shortlisting / selection.
