Website design required for new boutique Real Estate agency. New boutique Real Estate agency requires a fresh, clean, modern looking website. "Web 2.0" style design preferred, with Facebook integration. This boutique agency typically has only 5-10 "For sale" listings at any point in time, therefore, no search functionality should be present in the design. Deliverables to include: * All layered photoshop PSD files * W3C validating XHTML+CSS+JS for the following pages: 1. Front page 2. Property listing page 3. Property details page Please keep javascript usage to a bare minimum. High overhead javascript libraries such as "prototype" should not be used. Absolutely no Flash is allowed.
