myspace layout site to be re-designed

Hello Service Providers, We run a myspace profile layout/comment site that is powered by ProfileCMS. We are looking to work closely with an experienced individual or team of website designers (STRONGLY PREFERRED) to re-design and give our site a complete make over. We need a strong yet fun looking site template that will keep users coming back. Job Duties Include: Jobs: -Website Design -Logo Design -Graphic Design -Banner Design -Photoshop -Javascript -PHP -AJAX -May have to work with database files Redesigning: -Homepage -Admin Control Panel -Inner Pages (which is maybe about 4 or 5) -Static Pages Requirements: -Must have an extensive background in web & graphic design -Over the age of 18 -Have a strong portfolio (You must have and present upon contact!) -Strong communication and Constant Follow-ups We will work closely with the individual or team taking on this job via yahoo or msn messenger. From there, we will discuss in depth how the design should look. Payment Notes: Payments will be put into an escrow. 50% at the start and the rest upon completion of the project.
