Formatting word doc with images

I have the content for an online ebook. It is all in a word doc and needs to be formatted nicely (with images, etc.) What I'd like you to do is: 1) Add pictures of women to various parts of ebook and pull-outs of the text to make it look formatted really nicely. There are approx 180 pages of text 2) Make sure the text is all formatted with consistent colors, etc. I talk about the style of images and what I'm looking for in video below: [login to view URL] (Note, video talks about formatting html pages, instead I've copied the text into a word doc that you will make look great like the sample in video and convert to PDF) Please provide 2-3 samples of similar sites you've done and estimate time to complete. Your price should include images of similar quality (or better) as I describe in video.
