392316 footer design

Hello , I have a new website that is soon to come up and i would like to make him a nice footer .. i like big well designed footers - in this case it has to be perfect and attention to small details .. this is footer for solar energy website with an idea to put some solar panels there with on/off switch that will change style sheet of the website to darker colors (save energy button) it has to be a serious design that will fit company needs .. as well give it a look of professional people .. has to fit the colors of the website .. website language is hebrew so text are from right to left.. attached is a snapshot of the design.. please dont mined the current footer.. please bid if u made similar high quality work .. thanks.
