Good day, I am looking for a talented designer to create a custom IPB Forum Skin which should be Security oriented. I'd like a dark styled theme with frontpage, icons, smileys and logo included. This design should be made for the latest version. You should have previous experience with creating forum skins preferably for IPB. If you believe you have what it takes send me a PM. Deadline: 14 days - Willing to pay $1500 for the one who can complete it within 14 days. Payment Terms: You will only recieve 100% payment upon completition of the design. You will not send any files until you've recieved the complete payment. All payments are done through Freelancer.com payment system, so we will not be sending the payment privately to your paypal account. If you do not agree to our terms, move along.
