I have a website called Chatwing [login to view URL] It is a free live chat widget that anybody can come and signup for, customize and then embed on any webpage. Individuals also have the ability to signup and create a Group chat URL link and have their own personal chatroom like [login to view URL] I am looking to do 2 things here: Simplify the homepage design and concept to get the point across easily. Many visitors come to the site and do not understand what Chatwing is or how to signup. When users signup they have 3 options, and embeddable chat widget they can put on any webpage, a chat button that they can place anywhere and then you click it and it pops up, or the 3rd option is the Group Chat URL where users can select an avatar and get their own chatroom via a link. like [login to view URL] I want to try and convey all this simply with a redesign.
