65415 Clan/guild site

Not sure if you're familiar with "clan" or "guild" sites for games but we need one made for the game City of Heroes [login to view URL] To be honest I don't have much to go on other than there will be a good deal of information on the main page. We are also going with a blue and white with the blue similar to out box logo at [login to view URL] keeping with the whole comic book feel is good. For images, bits and pieces but not heavy graphics would be good.
