We have mobile phones devices that are not supporting not contains an rtl language This device is running on NON android OS. we dont have the source code of this phone, only the compiled firmware for flashing on the phone. So what we need is making some changes in binary level of the firmware: Adding language on the phone Blocking some apps on the firmware you can either update or use another matching firmware. will give more detials on chip and OS to relevant, we have tens of devices that need adaptments, so long term project is promised for matching.
