The amount agreed will be held in an escrow account and that amount will be paid monthly subject to your company achieving the minimum of 50 gold members a month. If your company fails to achieve this target the figures can be carried over for a period of a year. Sometimes you may register an individual but he may not upgrade to gold membership for a month, but when the user upgrades, you will have that commission as well.
