Sales based on commission

I have a new Membership website providing 12 months video tutorial on internet marketing. Monthly fee is usd17/mth for 12 months. The website is Internetmarketingdummy.com. You can go to have a look for details. I need any sales expert or marketing expert to market or do sales for this website. Commission is based on Sales. I can give $7/sign up for first month of new recruit member by you but the new member must remain as member for at least over 1 month and for the next every month, you will be given $6.80/mth for each month the new member remains as member up to next 11 months as long as the new member you recruit still remain as member. Winner of this job will get a free affiliate link so all the sales will be tracking through the affiliate link. Minimum sales target must be at least 20 sales/month first month and 15sales/mth for next following months. If achieve more than 20 sales in a month, every sales first month commission will be $10/month per sign up with condition the recruited new member must remain as member over 1 month. So, all the commission will be paid after the member has remain as member over 1 month which fulfill the required period. As commission is based on sales. I can accept bid between $30-50. After winner get the project, if winner can fulfill at least 1st month 20 sales, the award of this project $30- $50 will be paid also. After target achieved. =) this is not difficult, see if anyone willing to challenge and you can do web promotion as long as you want plus if you achieve first month target of 20sales/mth, you will be given free 12 months member for this website also. i will only choose those confidence bidder as winner to do web promotion for me.
