I own a small web design company in Australia and I am now expanding my business. We now offer Hosting Services and other Projects that will need a live chat support feature. When I say expanding, I don't mean a fortune 500 company, but we hope to have a lot more customers. Unfortunately, my team is too busy to answer support questions at day, and don't work at night, so I wanted to take it to some one else to help me out. I will pay a percent of what you sell, or a fixed price per chat. So the more people you help, the more money you make. I am using [login to view URL] on my sites, so it will send the notification to everyone and who ever gets it first will be the support rep. The chats will be monitored by myself if I am around, or be recorded and read at a later stage. You will be also able to answer support tickets for a set price as well. [login to view URL] has built in function to have placeholders/presets, so there will be presets in there for popular answers/questions/statements so you don't have to always type it out. I need a few people from around the world in different time zones, who are usually around their phone or computer so there should always be someone available.
