VB Expert needed

Hi there, You and I will do this project. I have a project which is a test and tutorial software. Data is about 4000 jpg files that half of them are questions and half are answers. The file names have rule that you can program on [login to view URL] will have 2 parts: Test and Tutorial. Test has 10 tests, 90 questions each included in 6 parts:1,2,3,4,5,6 (each part has 15 questions, so 90=15x6). [login to view URL] structure Test (multi-choice)has 2 options: a/Real Test with Timing, result analysis (like correct percentage...), score reports table, print function for reports,optimal time for each question (constant),time record for each question spent by users + Charts for 10 last times of taken tests...You will create 4 to 5 file Select Options (A, B, C, D, E) under the frame that the jpg shows so user can click on one of these Option to select the right answer. b/Practice Test: no timing, no result analysis... user can see immediate explanation by click button. Tutorial has 2 options: a/Techniques: like a book with 6 chapters which are part 1,2,3,4,5,6 that teach users do this test. Of course, they are all jpg files. b/Examples (also multi-choice): user do each question sepately with button of Explanation, previous, next, quit... They are 6 parts: 1,2,3,4,5,6 with 150 examples each with answers. 2. Application features: - Admin module to read data from a folder ( and assign which question to which test...follow the existing arrangement and they will be saved to Access) and Encrypt data so user cannot get jpg files or see explanation. After Encryption, data will go to a database folder - Security: Expiration (Admin select expiration duration like: 6.. 12 months), SN create, Activate software by Web. - Software will be download or sent CD. Please tell me your time frame. Your availability time on the internet If you are not expertised in this kind of application, don't waste your time. Let think about the solutions for application features first, then place the bid. I will wait until some person introduce the techniques he has in hand to solve these requirements. So if you have these techniques or look for it quickly, you are the winner!!! You must do the Security and Admin Input and Encyption first after I choose you to show your ability then you will get 30% of payment, the rest will be paid when finish. I may pay you in advance if I recognize that your a good partner and have ability. If you are unable to do it, that means you do not have solutions, it will waste your time. Although I don't have many projects posted here, I gave my partners many projects outside GAF, and I paid for my partners via Paypal,Wester Union and paid the fees for them too. 3. Application deployment process - I arrange data in a structure and will send you excel file and simulated data for you to test. - I also have outline design like GUI... to provide you so you can start working without spending time on it. - You are coding and sending me code every couple days, when you write something new, send update to me and we test together. - You have to tell me the first steps how to open project in VB, how to create modules for application, then I can sometimes change something by myself like: Button name, menu name, text or tooltips...I may help you some formulas, algorithm if needed.
