Need coder / video encoding expert

Hey guys, Sometimes i need to re-upload a video to you tube, but YT will not accept the video returning me an error after the upload finishes, saying something like "This video is already on our system" or "This video was already uploaded to YT" , something like that. I know that if i re-encode this video to another format i can probably get around this problem, but the re-encoding takes some time and also the video quality is affected. So what i needed is a tool that will quickly make videos unique to YT. Whatever programming laguange you can do this is fine to me, as long as it works...
