Dear BrLady7, Although I'm new on this site I'm an expert in using Excel and programming it using VBA macros as well as add-ins in C++ and C#. So any of these can be selected to come to a solution for your task, depending on what would fit best. Please send me additional details as you mention in task description. As far as I understand your task now, a single Excel file that will be automated by macros and by conditional formatting will suit your needs best. If you want it to look and feel like a PowerPoint presentation but need also to store data from every time a file is used, then at least one hidden worksheet will need to be created to store historical data and to display charts based on it. You will need to specify who gets access to the stored data and how, since security of stored data may be enforced by password if needed. I would also like to know what would you like to see as a sample of my capabilities. Does it have to be something specifically prepared for you and working towards your task, or just anything demonstrating what I can do in Excel? Kind regards, Pavel

This sounds like an interesting project. I enjoy making dashboards and have done several for my current and past employers. I rely heavily on my data analysis background, VBA expertise, Conditional formatting (automatic color & formatting of a field based on its contents), and my warehouse of coding from all past projects.
