200 project to CLONE website

I want someone who is experienced in customizing ABK-Soft's able dating script. I am hoping to have the site resemble that of a modeling agency so my models can register and upload their profiles/pics/etc etc There should be three grade of models. (a) All model hopefuls should be able to sign up and create a free profile on the site. They will be awarded read and write privileges. They will be responsible for creating their profile and should not be contracted with anyone else. Their contact information should not be made viewable. The only way of contacting them should/would be through the site. Possibility of banning an individual should be through his/her email address. (b) Individuals chosen from amongst the hopefuls will be awarded in the category called 'Models On Fire' These are models we deemed to have potential and will be the ones most likely to be seen trying to get to the top and making it big. Because these models would most likely be representing us, once awarded the status of 'Models On Fire', their profile will automatically be awarded 'read' privileges only... except adding work they've completed. (c) Then we have our Super Stars. These are the ones who have gotten deals and are found in TV Commercials, Movies, Music Videos, Fashion Magazines and have appeared at super fashion shows in New York, Milan, Tokyo, London etc etc etc. This section will be regarded as our 'hall of fame'. These models will be referred to as our "Super Models On Fire' which will be one stage up from our Models On Fire. (Note: because these models most likely would have signed new contracts, their profile will only be allowed 'read' privileges but not 'write' privileges. Well that's it... but please reply only if you have done extensive work using abk-soft's able dating software script. Please note that the final design must be catching and pleasing to the eye which means you must have design skills....
