My experience is diverse and vast through different verticals. Overall about 8 years of experience in website handling, customer service, managing, training, recruiting etc. I've handled quite a couple of forums, websites and moderated pictures, chats and user activity in the past. Hi There, I am a experienced VA from the Philippines. I have done two projects similar to this one. I was hired as a moderator to a HK based teen chat website. I regularly monitor online community areas for content deemed to be in violation of online community area guidelines and deal with such content appropriately, liaising with other stakeholders when required. I moderate and decide whether to remove/reinstate content reported by website visitors as potentially offensive/inappropriate. Those reported chat logs will be reviewed and reported accounts will be suspended, terminated or totally banned to the website defending on the degree of each offense. Hi, I was responsible for the management of a Helpdesk, consisting of 5 Helpdesk colleagues. The Helpdesk provided customer service and support to schools delivering the new Curriculum for Excellence framework in the UK. This required gaining knowledge of new online systems and processes, skill in advising customers from diverse backgrounds and varied technical knowledge, delivering excellent customer service which was both accurate and clear to understand. I was born and brought up in Acapulco, Mexico. I went to University and I received a "Carta de Pasante en Administracion" which is considered comparable to at least an Ordinary Bachelor Degree which is placed at Level 7 on the Irish National Framework of Qualifications. While I was in University I worked full time at The Fairmont Acapulco Princess Hotels & Resorts as an Office Boy in the Food and Beverage Department. The Cruise Ship used to sail around The French Polynesia (Tahiti, Papeete, Moorea, Bora Bora, Raiatea, etc), Samoa Islands (Pago Pago) and Cook Islands (Rarotonga). After two months I got promoted as Junior Bar Steward. In 2004 I moved to Ireland. Since I came to Ireland I have been working in Pubs, Restaurants, Wedding Functions, as a Night Porter, Hotel Reception. For the last four years I have been working in The Call Center Industry as well as the Payment Protection Insurance Industry.
