Most of my working history was in the UK where I was born and raised. I started freelancing in Jamaica, mainly to avoid the long commute and to continue working remotely, whilst travelling back and forth to the UK. I am currently in the UK and work for a company based in USA, the time difference gives me more flexibility.
My experiences have entailed handling large volume emails, scheduling appointments, customer service, preparing contracts. advertising, researching, liaising with staff, preparing payments, arranging travel, the list goes on but I mostly enjoy being a VA, mainly for the variety of tasks involved. These experiences have given me excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as the knowledge of using a variety of computer software packages, systems, databases and apps.
