Create Organisational Chart in Microsoft Visio

I need help creating an organisational chart based on the example that I have attached. This is a small project and shouldn't take an experienced workflow designed more than an hour. If you are selected, I will have more of similar projects for you. About the outcome: - Use Microsoft Visio to create the file and transfer them to me in Vision. - Create the chart in A3 format. - Please make 2 versions. One as I've done in the example. And one that you think is better structure. - I need the the project completed asap and files transferred by Monday latest. About the example: - Left column are the Business Areas, middle column are Country Manager, right column are various departments, bottom column are country level departments. Everyone, except for country level departments report directly to CEO. Every Country Manager also has matrix reporting (use dotted line) to everyone on the left and everyone on the right. Country level departments only report directly to their Country Manager. - If my handwriting is difficult, just write whatever you read, I will change it myself later - Make the boxes a bigger to fit in A3 format. Leave some room for 4 words extra text (I will add name of person later) - Use neutral colours for the boxes. Use different colour for each category.
