Secretary - DUTCH WRITER ONLY

Hello, Don't know if you are from Flanders or Wallonia, so I write to you in English. I can read French and can follow a conversation, but writing doesn't belong to my skills. My English, Dutch and German are perfect. I have translated numerous letters, websites, manuals and even books from English or German to Dutch and also from Dutch to English. I am very familiar with Excel, Gmail, Word and Gdocs and I work a lot on the internet. I live in the Philippines and I can work everyday until 12 midnight. That means in summertime until 6 pm and in wintertime until 5 pm. However, when it concerns answering emails, then the emails which come in during my sleeping time will be answered immediately when I get up. So when the customer wakes up in Europe they have the answer already. I have reasonable knowledge of databases and have some experience with programming languages. I can take this position as secretary in exchange for $7/hour. I can work up to 14 hours per week, during office hours or evening hours, whichever is preferred. I'm a native Dutch and very fluent in English. I'm familiar with excel, word, gmail and gdocs and the internet in general as I work with these programs on a daily basis. I have an understanding basic knowledge of databases, programming languages and French (although not a working knowledge). Due to my flexibility I am very easibly reached if necessary.

Kwalificaties: Zeer goed in Nederlans spreken, lezen, schrijven. Nederlands is mijn moedertaal en primaire werktaal. Goed in Engels spreken, lezen, schrijven. Engels is mijn secundaire werktaal. Veel ervaring in office en google applicaties Sterke affiniteit met internet en itc beschikbare uren: 7 dagen per week tussen 11u en 20u belgisch tijd.

Hoewel ik niet altijd de hele dag tijdens de kantooruren bereikbaar ben, heb ik vaak slechts 6 à 7 uur werk per dag (ofwel werk ik in de voormiddag ofwel werk ik in de namiddag). Ik ben wel altijd 's avonds bereikbaar (tot middernacht). Nederlands is mijn moedertaal en mijn verloofde is een Amerikaan. Ik ben dus ook uitermate vloeiend in het Engels. Ik ben zeer vlot met word, ik ben bekend met excel en gmail. gdocs is nieuw voor mij maar aangezien ik heel snel zelf leer ben ik er van overtuigd dat dit voor mij geen probleem vormt, als dat het uiteraard voor u ook niet is. Indien dit wel een grote vereiste is ben ik bereid hiermee eerst te leren omgaan vooraleer ik voor u werk. Ik ben ook vloeiend in Frans, maar helaas ben ik niet thuis in het programmeren. Echter ben ik steeds bereid om te leren, zoals ik hierboven al vermeldde.
