Simple Video Edits (Mainly to audio)

Hi! I have about 6 hours of video cut up into 109 separate videos. I need the following done to these videos: 1. Stereo audio turned into mono (These are guitar lesson videos and the voice is mainly on one side and the guitar on the other, I would prefer them to be both centered. 2. After audio has been converted to mono, reduce background hum noise from air conditioning unit (This is easily done using the free Audacity software). 3. Even out the audio. I have a small intro at the start of each video, but sometimes this is much louder than the rest of the video. Everything should be even. 4. Boost the volume of the audio track without clipping it. Simply, the videos need to be louder. 5. Only edit that needs to be done to the video itself is to update a still image that fades in then fades out. This lasts for 5 seconds and is simply updating the copyright year. So in a nutshell... The audio needs to be changed from stereo to mono, hum from air conditioning taken out (or heavily reduced), even out the audio volume, boost the audio volume & update image at the end. This is a very easy job for someone who knows what they are doing. I would do it myself but I am struggling for time. I can upload the videos to DropBox. I would like to give whoever I choose for the job just one video to begin with to make sure that you understand everything that needs to be done. Thanks, Charlie.
