Modify a wav file to run in a loop

I have an wav file I want to run in a loop on a PC I would like the wav to run full screen and hide the task bar and all other windows components. So basically I will click on a file and the wav will run full screen until I hit escape. Maybe a flash program, or some other program, not sure. If need be the wav can be converted Also the wav seems to be 90 degrees counter clock wise from proper orientation
