I am looking for a skilled video editor to make 3 or 5 videos using these 4 videos i need thumbnails as well

I am in need of a skilled video editor who can create 3 or 5 videos for me. The desired length of each video is more than 3-6 minutes. I prefer a fast-paced and energetic editing style for these videos. Additionally, I would like thumbnails to be created for each video, with text overlays included. I am open to the designer's creativity in terms of the specific elements to be included in the thumbnails. I am looking for a skilled video editor to clean up a couple of rough spots in clips from a documentary. The final videos should 3 to 6 videos.
