5S online Audit

Design and programing of application to provide user guidance to audit areas to comply with established standards to meet sorting, order , cleaninness and safety of this area. There would be a set o types of areas and for each area from 8 to 10 elements to evaluate. The evaluation includes the 4 subjects for which there are specific questions , whenever one of them comes up positive different choices should be listed so the user can select what is the finding about and weather he selects one of those or decides to enter a full description on his own, he shall be allowed to take a picturre or shoot a video recording to be associated with the finding. There would be a resulting score for each diagonosis item and the 4 subjects to evaluate , through a table with the scores associated to the number of findings. The resulting audit would be stored in a database where the auditor's ID, the Section number, the findings and the action plan ( a gantt with the weeks the finding should be covered) should be stored for later querying or to be updated reporting progress.
