My father is nearly 84 years old. Hanno, an older 2nd cousin of his, lived in Germany and Russia during the 1930s and 40s (World War II era). Although Hanno died many years ago, he hand wrote (in pencil) some of the events of his life, a memoir recorded at the encouragement of his lovely Russian wife, Galina. There are 72 pages and I have attached two pages (p2 and p22) as samples of this work. My hope is to provide my father with an English translation of this work as a gift on his birthday. I do recognize that this document is a handwritten, difficult-to-read scan of a copy of the original. So I ask only that you do the best that you can and simply indicate area where words are missing/illegible/cutoff/etc. I look forward to hearing your quote and thank you in advance! Mark
