Social Media work for 2-3 months Korean and Japanese

I need two people who will assist us in social media work in South Korea and Japan for the next 2-3 months. 1. setting up social media accounts in Korea - Kakao Story and Kakao Talk 2. Do daily postings (messages will be supplied, you just need to translate to Korean). Sometimes it maybe just 3x a week. The client just has an important event on 15 March so we need to do daily up to that point. 3. Help with some research on the ground, as well as some press release distribution in Korea.
