Hi, English is my first language and I have an excellent command of it. My examination scores during my schooling years have been consistently A1 without fail. But more than that, I am an avid gamer, and I have played Japanese versions of games like Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy and Metal Gear Solid without difficulties. Greetings Nan, For translations of in game content you are going to need a translator who can render the most accurate and natural English translation, a translator who can truly grasp all the idioms and subtext that can be rich in this kind of material. As a native speaker of English who is also certified for proficiency in Japanese (Japan Foundation JLPT), I can provide this for you. Depending on the format of the material I will use either the professional version of SDL Trados or develop workflows specifically for this project. For example, if your material is in a database then it is possible to arrange your content into the corresponding schema translated into English. If the content has to come directly from a finished game then I will adapt whatever tools are most appropriate. I am generally proficient in computing and a number of scripting and programming languages. I will work on this project personally. I am not agent who divides tasks among other translators, which can often result in inconsistencies.
