Design a Pricing Strategy

Company ABC is a well-known MNC in manufacturing industry, it has presence globally in multiple regions like US, EU, and some Asian countries. The customer prefers to expand business with FedEx as it plans to increase its daily volume of shipments between different factories and outlets spread across the world. FedEx has been a trusted partner for company ABC from several years and expects FedEx to give best pricing option for its next fiscal year of expansion. You are the identified Analyst who shall be helping Sales with a competitive pricing structure for the ABC. Design a Pricing Strategy as follows: 1. Define the Strategy & format of the Pricing for any package which would be moving across borders for Company ABC, what would be important parameters to consider for defining rates of a package? - 2. Design a model to help customer develop a long-term relationship with FedEx and keep competitors out of the equation.
