Is not a simply replicate process - even I will download the model from shapeways, to make the pod with different dimensions (and almost for sure with other few features) is actually a redesign/re-creation of the pod... if i'll try just to scale up/down the part will scale on its entirely volume/body accordingly with the scaling factor For any more questions we could chat here.
