helllo, i dont know how u make artificial tooth, what their material, but i can support you on 3d modeling. if u provide me the exact measerment ( lenth, width, root size, hight etc) i can make the exact 3d model that you can print. wuith this printed model molt the model and make your desired tooth by your own choice material. thats it. m i right? feel free to email me. thanks AMINUL

Update on my previous bid for this project. I have completed Inventor training just today in which I was introduced to Inventor 123D catch where by you create a 3D image from pictures. The process would involves taking up to 50 photos using your IPad, a point cloud is then created that can be imported into Inventor 2015 from which a 3D model can be created. I have Inventor 2015 and many years experience using Autodesk Inventor and operate my own company in Sydney. Should you require my services on this project I would be available to assist at $100 per hour + GST
