Contest Brief

I'm in need of a design for a self-propelled electric vehicle that focuses on providing outdoor mobility in urban streets. The ideal candidate for this project will have experience in designing similar equipment and a keen understanding of the following requirements:

- The design should include electric powered assistance, 70cm wide, and a 130cm wheelbase. It should also boast a modern design with a closed body to protect against rain, ensuring the driver's comfort and safety in all weather conditions.
- The vehicle should provide a seat for an adult driver, with additional space in the back for either cargo or a passenger. The design must be high enough to easily navigate over speed bumps and efficiently climb sidewalk curbs.
- The drawing must incorporate accurate external measurements and include depictions of both the driver and potential passenger. Furthermore, attention to detail must be paid to the inclusion of a steering wheel (not handlebars), as well as front, rear, and side retro-reflectors for enhanced visibility.
- The vehicle should be supported by 3 or 4 wheels and equipped with essential features such as a speedometer, horn, and a rear-view mirror. The placement of the rear-view mirror is flexible, whether it's internal or external.

The final design should aim to combine functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. A background in industrial or transportation design, along with a flair for innovative and user-centric concepts, would be highly desirable.
