3D Clothing - Modeling, sculpting, texturing, baking

Hello, We are looking for an artist who is highly proficient in 3D modeling, sculpting, texturing and baking and has a good eye for aesthetics and detail. This will be a long-term opportunity for the artists we find most suitable. The task will be creating finely detailed 3D models of clothing based on concepts provided by us. Clothing items include tops, skirts, shorts, trousers and other casual wear. Utmost attention to details like wrinkles, folds, stitching, seams and textures is an absolute must. You will need to be adept at: ZBrush - digital sculpting experience in ZBrush is mandatory. Maya (or alternatives) - Maya is the preferred 3D package for scenes in our workflow. You must be skilled in modeling both organic and hard-surface forms, and well aware of constraints like topology and polygon limits. Mudbox (or alternatives) - 3D texture painting knowledge is a must for some of our clothing items (eg: jeans). Unwrapping - We need the UV shells to be tightly and efficiently packed in the UV space to fit our texture resolution. Baking - Strong lighting skills and the ability to bake it out as maps. VRay/mental ray preferred, but you are free to use alternatives as long as the generated maps are of high quality and are visually pleasing. The style we're focusing on is realism. Photoshop - Fine tune the textures and bakes, arrange them and separate design elements as layers. The final deliverables will include 3D models (.FBX files) and textures (neatly layered TIFF files). The product we receive must be ready to rig.
