Fans in new portal

I have a fan page for a website and want to increase its targeted fans. For this project you must meet these requirements: - All fans must be real people with active facebook pages (no fake accounts) or accounts at risk of being suspended. I have a good knowledge of Facebook and have been using it for years. I know fake or real accounts. - All fans must have more than 25 friends and a minimum of 3 photos - All fans must be age 18 and over - All fans must have status updates that go back maximum of 15 days You're welcome to give me suggestions to improve the fan page, make it more viral, etc. IMPORTANT: - You will be paid only for fans still active after the 10 days. - You must stick to good, ethical practices for inviting fans (Facebook account must not be banned and must be kept active). You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted. - A brief overview of your method in your bid is necessary. Experience building Facebook fans is a must.
