Value engineering to check if we can save money on materials while retaining the adequacy in design of the whole structure. 3. Drawings of updated material sizes. 4. Check Slab design 5. Sign the drawings and calculations. 6. advise any fire requirements locally steel design required to meet following; 200 kph wind plus take a second story at some time in the future. additionally scale back the design so that only complies with single story , 200 kph winds.
