I live in Port St. Lucie Florida, USA. I need a structural engineer to review digital photographs of an in ground swimming pool. The contractor did not have the building inspectors come and inspect the pool and issue a certificate of occupancy. Then the contractor went out of business. The city now wants a signiture from a licensed structural engineer indicating the pool is safe. If this is provided they will issue the certificate. If not then violations of code will be pursued.
