Windows Azure VM setup (DB and Web Server)

Give me two hours on the account and I will have a DB VM and a Web Server VM all up and configured for remote access. I do have some questions about the setup (Azure has many options), but will reserve those until (and if) you accept my bid. Regards, Richard
