I am a criminal defense appeal lawyer. I want a scraper made that can locate all the serious felony criminal jury trial cases occurring in the State of Florida. I want to advertise to these persons to hire my services. System Starts at District Courts of Appeal and works Backwards To locate our cases and prospects we will work backwards. We start at the District Court of Appeals. Courts of Appeal handle all manner of cases, not just criminal cases. Business cases, Accident cases, Divorce Cases, Wills and Probate Cases, etc. So we will start by separating from all appeal cases only serious felony criminal cases that are being appealed. Once we have sorted this to a shorter list and identified the relevant case numbers for the relevant appeals we will track them backward to the local courts where their cases originated. Once we are at the local courts we will search, parse, and cull from the cases those terms that help us sort the jury trial cases that resulted in guilty verdicts. These persons are often sentenced harshly and sent to prison for many years or life. Once we locate these persons in the last phase we will move to the Florida prison system and find where they are being housed. With this information we can then target them with advertising letters, etc.
