Instead of building new OCR engine my idea is use to opensource engine to build our OCR software. The opensource engine has been already tested and used worldwide. Below formats can be supported by the software : TIFF, JPEG, GIF, PNG, and BMP image formats, Multipage TIFF and PDF I will be happy to provide you a flexible and robust application using my expertise in Java.
