Hello, Based on the description it is required to develop a WPF application that must communicate with a web service. I have developed several similar applications so I can offer my services to develop it quickly with quality. Regarding the details of the project there are many open questions like if it is required to write even a web service or only a WPF client. Is it required to make an automatic installer and so on. I have developed quite a lot of apps using soap with wcf/.net c#. Please feel free to contact me with more details. it's a passion for me to develop for client/server architecture. Still use .net sockets ;) And I would strongly recommend Json over over soap. Because it can save you a lot of time!
