VB.NET application to play wav files from resources

Want a vb.net (Visual Basic 2010) application that: 1. Stores wav files in resources 2. Plays wav files in sequence. Waits for first to complete, before starting next 3. Capability to select output sound card 4. Capability to set volume level 5. Does not create or use a temporary wav file to play 6. Does not need a stop/pause function or any other display that the wav is playing. Demo can use any three short wav files like tones or whatever that can be selected and then played in sequence. WAV files in actual will be less than 5 seconds each. Prefer to use [login to view URL] but can use like Naudio, etc. if required.
