Create XSLT based on source XML and destination HTML

This project is for XSL guru. I will provide an XML file and HTML of the output. I need a XSL that will deliver transformation. XSL should be compatible with ASP.NET which I believe is XSL 1.0. I will clarify what values in XML should be parameters/variables. ## Deliverables I will be testing XSLT first in CookTop XML editor and then in actual Asp.net application.
