Hi, are you expecting to have people send emails, and them create a case for you. Or are you planning to create a case through a website call to the standard Salesforce API? I can set up default values in pick lists, which could be dependent, to ensure the accuracy of manually created cases. I suggest that you use email to case where an email address is given to people who will then send an email and the details of that email will create a case. If you have any further details of what you plan to do, I can respond with a more accurate design. Regards Matt
