I am a highly experienced in developing online strategies and have worked intermittently in marketing, membership, and consulting roles throughout my career.
My passion is helping organizations connect with member communities beyond simply “doing” social networking through thoughtful outreach and member experience testing; fostering business growth via socially enabled organizations.
Examples of my past efforts include:
• Serving as contributing author to Social Networking for Nonprofits: Increasing Engagement in a Mobile and Web 2.0 World (ASAE, 2010), Component Relations Handbook (ASAE, 2011), and co-author of the Best Practices for Social Media Networking series among other published works
• Insights included in articles for the Washington Post, Washington Business Journal, and Associations Now
• Annually delivering more than 20 presentations at leading association industry conferences and often appearing in webinars and podcasts on topics including: Branding, social media, advocacy, and productivity
