Minor Opencart Journal template changes

A. HEADER: Connect the native Journal FAQ Info block to the FAQ text link in the header. Block is set up in the Modules with questions and answers filled in. Main Menu FAQ is also configured. (FAQ questions and answers are in Modules/Blocks/FAQ.) Connect the two so that the FAQ module is live on the front end. Please note: there is an Information Page on the site that was used to create the block module. But, it should not be used. B. TEXT BLOCK: Move the Info block named “General Info Blocks” up to just under the Category section and above the Lookbook. Remove any extra lines to keep the entire page spacing proportional. This relocation will only apply to the Home Page. This block appears above the footer elsewhere on the site and that should not be changed. C. TESTIMONIAL CAROUSEL: In setting up the Testimonial carousel, the rotation of the text overlaying the Home page image was stopped and rotation of the stationary “Recently Viewed/Most Viewed” block was started. 1) Stop the rotation of the “Recently Viewed/Most Viewed” block. It should not be moving. 2) Correct the rotation of the texts (4) overlayed on the main image. Rotation of each text should fade in, remain visible for 7 seconds, fade out. And it should repeat. 3) Changes should not affect the rotation of the “Testimonials” block. NOTE: CORRECT ANY ISSUES NEGATIVELY IMPACTING THE CART WHICH ARISE AS A DIRECT/INDIRECT RESULT OF THESE CHANGES.
