We are using Ms Office 365 but in very limited way. We do not have experience and time to use internal resources. We would like to build template of Project Management pages on Sharepoint. The should be 13 sections (sub pages):
1. Dashboard - Project Program, Budget, Status
2. Scope and Objectives - With short description of S&O and list of documents with links.
3. Communication and Stakeholders - to keep presentations, Minutes of Meetings, Reports, Matrix of communication plan
4. Governance of Project - to keep documents
5. Benefits Management - Table with list of Benefits and KPI
6. Risk and Opportunities - Risk Register
7. Budget and Finance - Table with Planned and Actual Costs, Chart to show Cash flow,
8. Program and Plans - Program in Ms Project, Revision tracked
9. Quality Management - to keep Quality Plan, Table with checkpoints, criteria of approval, revords.
10. Change Control - Change register with approval workflow
11. Integrated Suppliers - Table to record suppliers invoices number, date, value, paymemt date, value, . Place to store Invoices, Reports from Suppliers,
12. Project Team - project team address book, calendars, List of tasks ( task description, target date, owner, Actual date, Status, workflow to send information to owner)), List of responsibilities,
13. Lesson Learned - Table with Lessons learned throughout the project with the distribution to the project team

1. Manager can assign the task to his/her reportees and track the work status of task.
2. Once the task get completed by the reportees than manager can evaluate the task and assign the variable amount, if applicable
3. Manager can provide variable component to the employee
4. Manager and reportees can track all the work/task assigned to them through Project Management
System
5. Manager can assign recurring task to their reportees
6. Employees can view the analytics of their task.
7. Manager can give monetary task/work to their employees
8. Manager can split a task in sub task
9. Manager can assign the task to other team member and this type of task would need approval for
